Achievements
Noita tracks progress in two separate systems: 14 Steam platform achievements and the in-game Achievement Pillars. Thirteen of the fourteen Steam achievements are hidden, with only Victory showing a description. The rarest are 100% Enemy Progress and 100% Spell Progress, both at 0.5 percent. The gotcha that costs people whole runs is that any enabled mod blocks every Steam achievement, and Daily Practice Run, Nightmare mode and Twitch Integration all count as mods.
Noita tracks achievements in two separate systems. There are 14 standard Steam platform achievements, and there are the in-game Achievement Pillars: six pillars totaling 76 pieces, standing in the world above the Giant Tree. Unlike Steam achievements, the pillars still unlock with mods enabled, and newly unlocked sections only appear in later runs.
This guide strictly audits the standard platform achievements.
The Full Rosterβ
Noita has 14 Steam achievements. Thirteen of the fourteen are hidden. Only Victory carries a visible description, which is worth knowing before you go looking for hints in the Steam list.
Percentages below were read from Steam on July 30, 2026 and drift upward over time.
| Achievement Name | Unlock Condition | Global % | Hidden |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reached Coal Pits | Visit the second Main Path biome. | 72.4% | Yes |
| Reached Snowy Depths | Visit the third Main Path biome. | 59.2% | Yes |
| Reached Hiisi Base | Visit the fourth Main Path biome. | 37.1% | Yes |
| Reached Underground Jungle | Visit the fifth Main Path biome. | 22.9% | Yes |
| Reached The Vault | Visit the sixth Main Path biome. | 19.1% | Yes |
| Reached Temple of the Art | Visit the seventh Main Path biome. | 14.3% | Yes |
| Victory | Complete The Work with the Sampo. | 9.9% | No |
| The Gods Are Enraged | Kill your third Stevari in a run. | 6.5% | Yes |
| The Gods Are Impressed | Fire a spell with infinite lifetime. | 3.7% | Yes |
| Gathered All The Knowledge | Collect all 11 Main World orbs. | 2.7% | Yes |
| The Gods Are Afraid | Deal or take 1,000,000 damage in one instance. | 1.2% | Yes |
| 100% Perk Progress | Try every perk in the game. | 1.1% | Yes |
| 100% Enemy Progress | Kill every enemy in the game. | 0.5% | Yes |
| 100% Spell Progress | Cast every spell in the game at least once. | 0.5% | Yes |
Note that Temple of the Art is the seventh of eight Main Path biomes, not the last one. The Laboratory is the eighth, and it has no arrival achievement. Note also that Victory does not require killing KolmisilmΓ€ at all. It fires when you complete The Work with the Sampo, and defeating the boss on the way is optional.
Any enabled mod blocks every Steam achievement for that run. This catches people out because Daily Practice Run, Nightmare mode, and Twitch Integration all count as mods. You will still see the in-game god message and get nothing on Steam. Achievement Pillars and Progress tracking are unaffected. Two mods, Disable Mod Restrictions and Noita Engine Patcher, restore achievement unlocking.
The God Achievementsβ
Three hidden achievements share the "The Gods Are..." naming and cause the most confusion, because none of their names hints at the condition.
The Gods Are Impressed (3.7%)β
Fire a spell with an infinite lifetime, which players call a wisp. A lifetime of exactly -1 frames means infinite. This is a deliberate sentinel value in how projectiles are implemented, not an integer underflow, and anything below -1 expires after a single frame instead.
No spell sets -1 for you. You stack additive lifetime modifiers until base plus modifiers lands exactly on -1. The two commonly cited pairings need care: Spitter Bolt and Concentrated Light both need 1x Chain Spell, which is -30 frames. Reduce Lifetime is -42 and so needs a base lifetime of 41, which neither of those has. Reduce Lifetime instead pairs with Teleport Bolt, the well-known accidental wisp.
It also fires when any entity casts such a spell, not only you, and spells naturally sitting at -1 like Rock do not count.
The Gods Are Afraid (1.2%)β
A single instance of 1,000,000 damage or more. The half players usually miss is that damage you take also counts, and that is in fact the only documented route: roughly 143 million health plus the Eat Your Vegetables hunger curse deals over a million in one tick.
Methods involving the Divide By series are not supported by any source, and Divide By is a poor fit on its face, since it splits into more projectiles each dealing less damage.
The Gods Are Enraged (6.5%)β
Killing the third Stevari in a run is the trigger, full stop. That fires the message and starts Skoude spawning. You do not need to damage brickwork again afterwards, and if you do you get a different message entirely, "The gods are very angry with you".
Two run-level traps: Stevari killed while Polymorphed do not count toward the three, and the Peace with Gods perk stops Stevari and Skoude spawning at all.
Completionist Achievementsβ
Gathered All The Knowledge wants the 11 Main World orbs, not all 33 or 36 orbs that exist across Parallel Worlds.
The three Progress achievements track what you have tried, killed and cast across all your runs and not within one. One quirk worth expecting on the Enemy one: the denominator is 185 while there are actually 186 enemies, so the screen can read 186/185 and display 100.5%.
The Illusion of Spell Progress: holding a new spell or seeing it in a shop does not register it. Progress counts spells you have cast at least once, so you have to actually fire the wand with it equipped.
Frequently Asked Questionsβ
What is the rarest achievement in Noita?
100% Enemy Progress and 100% Spell Progress are tied at 0.5 percent. 100% Perk Progress follows at 1.1 percent and The Gods Are Afraid at 1.2 percent.
How do you unlock The Gods Are Impressed in Noita?
Fire a spell with an infinite lifetime, meaning exactly -1 frames. That is a deliberate sentinel value and not an integer underflow, and anything below -1 dies after one frame instead. Stack lifetime modifiers to land exactly on -1: Spitter Bolt and Concentrated Light each need 1x Chain Spell at -30, while Reduce Lifetime at -42 pairs with Teleport Bolt.
How do you get The Gods Are Afraid achievement?
A single instance of 1,000,000 damage or more, and damage you take counts as well as damage you deal. Taking it is in fact the only documented route, via roughly 143 million health plus the Eat Your Vegetables hunger curse. The Divide By method that circulates is unsupported and makes little sense, since Divide By splits into more projectiles each dealing less.
How do you trigger The Gods Are Enraged?
Kill your third Stevari in a run. That alone fires it. You do not need to damage brickwork afterwards, and doing so gives a different message. Watch two traps: Stevari killed while Polymorphed do not count, and the Peace with Gods perk stops them spawning entirely.
Why is my 100% Spell Progress achievement not counting spells?
Holding a new spell or spotting it in a shop does not register it. Progress counts spells you have cast at least once, so fire the wand with it equipped. Also check you have no mods enabled, since any mod blocks all Steam achievements, and that includes Daily Practice Run and Nightmare mode.
